So I started with this model,

I always wanted a 53' chevy truck.

Well no one has done what I had in mind. So I had to mod the model to show what I had in mind.

Here is the truck fresh from cutting.

Can you tell what I did?

I still have to finish the hood and then. Weld and Re-paint the body.

Yup Raised the fenders up into the body/ Never seen that done yet.

I think there's one of those for or Rt 51 up from goodwill

I was thinking the same, but not sure if I have the room to make them look good, Waiting on some epoxy sculpt so I can get the body done first and rigid.

Looking at the model makes me wish I would have bought that cab hood fenders grill and bumpers off of Craigslist a few months ago. I just didn't think I needed another project.
