Would the dry ice idea work or would it not produce enough pressure i know 1lb of dry ice is 66.57 gallons of co2

Ln2 Would work better, 850:1 expansion ratio.

the problem is the 66.57 gal is at 0PSI

The vapor pressure of CO2 is around 300PSI so anything high the Co2 will not convert to a gas it will remain as a liquid at the bottom of the tank.

the other problem is thermal mass, in this Case Hot air is less dense for the pressure so it will move faster then cold Air that would be generated by the CO2, but I do like the idea!!

Maybe a LN2 starter and then compressors after.
